Rooted in the heart of Lepton since 1880, The Rowley (formerly Rowley Hill Club) has come a long way from its beginnings as a small gathering of local men. Today, we’re a welcoming, community-focused social club that brings people together through great entertainment, good company and a shared sense of belonging.

The club is run by a passionate volunteer committee, with the support of our dedicated Steward and brilliant team. Together, we keep things ticking – all driven by pride in what The Rowley means to the local community. We're proud to say we’ve bounced back from the brink of closure and thanks to the support of our members and the wider community, we’re now thriving. Our newly refurbished lounge and bar area bring a fresh new feel while still keeping the warm, down-to-earth vibe we’re known for.

With over 400 members (and growing!), we’re open to all – membership isn’t required to pop in and enjoy what we have to offer. From live music and comedy nights to prize bingo, summer concerts, bar sports, raffles, and Sky Sports on the big screen – there’s always something happening.

Whether you’re catching up with neighbours, making new friends, or just fancy a night out close to home, The Rowley is your local go-to. We’re here to support good causes, celebrate community, and provide a space where everyone feels welcome.
